Return Policy
Not the right fit or style? No worries.
We gladly accept all returns that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unused, unwashed (i.e., no signs of wear or smell), in their original packaging with their unique barcode and hang tags (if any) intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 20 days from fulfilment date.
- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear (High Leg Briefs) are final sale only.
- Any other items marked final sale on the product page are also excluded from returns.
How to return
To initiate your return, visit our Return Portal.
For Singapore local returns: Singapore returns are FREE (woot woot!) if you opt for exchange for store credit. They are otherwise subject to a $5.95 fee which will be deducted from your refund.
All Singapore orders will contain a printed return label in your package - which means you no longer need to print out return labels - yay!
The return label will either by Ninjavan or SPX.

- Link to SPX drop off points (select "Sending Return Parcel" points)
Stick our prepaid return label on your return package along with the original packing slip, and drop off your return at the appropriate return points.
*Note that you'd still need to register your return details via our Return Portal BEFORE our prepaid return label, so our warehouse can correctly identify your return.*
International returns: We accept returns from wherever :) Return costs will be borne by customers.
To initiate your return, visit our Return Portal. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your package after you have registered via our portal. Kind reminder to always email us the return tracking link after you have dropped off your return.
Refund processing times
Once we have received your return, we will process your return within 7 business days, and email you once it's complete.
If you've selected store credit refund, you will receive an e-giftcard email with your store credit as soon as we have processed your return.
If you've opted for refund to your original payment method, you will receive a refund confirmation email after your payment provider has processed your return (this takes 3 - 5 business days after we have processed your return).
We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order has issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, we sincerely apologize. We take quality control very seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as we can. Please email us so we can assist you further: ask@wearembrace.com
