We know it is not easy to figure out sizing online and are happy to offer free returns if you opt for refund in the form of store credit (i.e., exchange for store credit).
All returns must meet our Return Policy below.
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with their unique barcode and hang tags (if any) intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the date of purchase.
- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear (High Leg Briefs) are final sale only.
How to return
To initiate your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and return request.
For Singapore local returns: we make returns easy for you, by sending you a Ninjavan return label. All you'd have to do is drop off your return at a Ninjavan drop-off point near you. For a full list of drop-off points, click here.
Singapore returns are FREE (woot woot!) if you opt for exchange for store credit. There are otherwise subject to a $5.95 fee which will be deducted from your refund.
International returns: we accept returns from wherever! :) Shoot us an email for details on how to return your parcel.
We aim to review and process all returns within 7 business days of receiving them. You will receive a refund confirmation email when your return is approved.
We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
