We ship locally within Singapore and the rest of Asia, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and the Philippines.

Singapore:
- Free shipping on orders S$100+
- S$3.95 shipping fee for orders below S$100

Hong Kong:
- Free shipping on orders HK$800+
- HK$70 shipping fee for orders below HK$800

Thailand:
- Free shipping on orders S$120+
- S$12 shipping fee for orders below S$120 (excluding any taxes/duties which may be payable upon or before delivery).

Malaysia:
- Free shipping on orders MYR400+ 
- MYR29 shipping fee for orders below MYR400+

Philippines:
- Free shipping on orders PHP4000+ 
- PHP350 shipping fee for orders below PHP4000

Taiwan:
- Free shipping on orders HK$800+
- HK$80 shipping fee for orders below HK$800

Thailand:
- Free shipping on orders US$120+
- US$9 shipping fee for orders below US$120 (excluding any taxes/duties which may be payable upon or before delivery).

Returns

Not the right fit or style? No worries.

We gladly accept all returns that meet the following criteria:

• Items must be unused, unwashed (i.e., no signs of wear or smell), in their original packaging with their unique barcode and hang tags (if any) intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the date of purchase. 
• Due to hygiene reasons, underwear (High Leg Briefs) are final sale only.

To initiate your return, please contact us at ask@wearembrace.com with your order number and return details.

For Singapore local returns: we make returns easy for you, by sending you a Ninjavan return label. All you'd have to do is drop off your return at a Ninjavan drop-off point near you. For a full list of drop-off points, click here.

Singapore returns are FREE (woot woot!) if you opt for exchange for store credit. There are otherwise subject to a $5.95 fee which will be deducted from your refund.

International returns: We accept returns from wherever. Return costs will be borne by customers. Shoot us an email for details on how to return your parcel.

Once we have received your return, we will process your return within 7 business days, and email you once it's complete. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within the time period required by your bank / payment processor. 

We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If your order has issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, we sincerely apologize. We take quality control very seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as we can. Please email us so we can assist you further: ask@wearembrace.com.
