Returns

Not the right fit or style? No worries.

We gladly accept returns that meet the following criteria:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed (i.e., no signs of wear or smell), in their original packaging with their unique barcode intact.
  • Returns must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase.  

For Singapore local returns: we make returns easy for you, by sending you a return label for a flat fee of S$5.95. All you'd have to do is drop off your return at a Ninjavan drop-off point near you. For a full list of drop-off points, click here.

For Singapore and all international returns: to initiate your return, please contact us at hello@wearembrace.com.

Once we have received your return, we will process your return within 10 business days, and email you once it's complete. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within the time period required by your bank / payment processor. 

We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
